The general conditions of rent (complete document)

The captain of edge must be major and is responsible for the material which is confided to him(her). The renter out saves himself the right to refuse the coverage of a boat to every tenant who would not be to assure(insure) of it responsibility. Cycles boat are under your responsibility, in case of loss or of flight(theft), they will be charged to you.

The boat must be restored to places and hours contractually fixed except event unpredictable and independent from the will of the tenant. The boat is restored to the renter out in the state where it was confided to him(her), inventory, established inventory of fixtures at first proving if need be. USE OF the BOAT BY THE TENANT.

EQUIPMENT OF BOATS PERSONAL EFFECTS.

DOMESTIC ANIMALS.

The domestic animals are the welcomes with edge. However, the tenant should on any account use the material of edge (mugs, plates …) for the animal and should arm himself with any accessory necessary for the life of his animal on the boat.

The renter out obliges to assure(insure) as soon as possible, loyally and according to the rule book an assistance(audience) in case of breakdown, and for the most brief periods(delays).

The boat must be returned to his Palavas' harbour.

- During the day, up to 2 hours : 80€ - Half day cruise (up to 4 hours): 130€
- Complete day (from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm) : 195€
- Our prices do not inclue diesel consumption. A fuel advance must be settles before departure and will be deducted from amount due for fuel according to engine hour meter
